MTN Cyber Monday #Cyber Waste of My Monday

<p>MTN advertised the Cyber Monday special on 28 November 2016. I went through to the MTN store at the Glen and stood for one and half hour in the line. As I approached the front of the line, the system went down due to loadshedding and the consultant accepted my documents and took down my details.</p> <p> </p> <p>The store advised that the application will be captured in the morning and I could collect the next day if all is approved. However, MTN SA will not process my application now, as it was not CAPTURED on the same day. Well sorry MTN SA for load shedding, perhaps equip your stores with generators so that you can service your customers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never use MTN ever, will advise friends and family the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>#Cyber Waste of My Monday. # Cyber Poor Service #Wont ever go back to MTN</p> <p> </p>
