MTN cuts me off after I paid

MTN may simply be one of the worst service providers out there. People complain about Cell-C, however, come to MTN and they treat you like you do not matter. I receive sms reminders about my monthly payments and the amounts, that is all good. So as we all know, it is a long time between December pay day and Jan pay day, most of my accounts get paid last after the 1st of Feb, this month I received and SMS from MTN telling me to pay a specific amount by the 3rd of Feb, so I pay them that amount on the 3rd of Feb, then I get a message by the 5th to pay or my line will be cut, so I sent them proof of payment, guess what, they cut my line, typical of a company that does not give a f=dam, and then guess what, you try find a number to reach MTN, when Google has every possible thing anyone could ever need to find, there is no reachable number for MTN to call and rectify this, I cannot wait till my contract is up, this time MTN will not get renewed business from me at all. My phone is still cut off. By the way MTN if you are trying to reach me on my cell about this, well you cut my line so you ****, i mean cant.
