MTN CUT MY WIFI FOR R11! After paying They still said I won't have service for 1 month! *****STERS!

Good day...to who ever gives a **** at MTN,

After many days and hours of trying to sort our my subscription, Crying and begging and sometimes having to make 9 calls a day being on the Phone from 10 to 16:00 in the afternoon just with your call center and MTN blatantly refusing to activate my wifi account, after wrong or no info given, me trying to query what it was that they wanted extra money for...Even though it was never discussed or notified...just invoices and statements with different amounts.

The my subscription was stopped on Xmas day and forcing me to pay on the 26th as the 27th December would have been to late...only later to find out in the new year ...Once again my subscription was stopped...For a stupid R11! No Body told me about...I am utterly disgusted with MTN and their *****ulent ways of making money and not giving service saying that no-one can override the service as its a month to month...

I spoke to Thandiwe, A supervisor in accounts or something said that my account is not provisioned bit just suspended.. giving me false hope...Till today...It's been a week...Still nothing...So now you can cone take your LTE router and shove it up MTN'S ****!

I have 20 years experience in Call centres...from entering sales agent to customer service manager and if this is how MTN makes their money by *****, Then I now know why everyone is complaining and why Vodacom is first as the main service provide!

I will tell everyone! MTN is so bad I don't even think you will care if I place my complain on HellPeter.com...you just don't give a ****!

HAHAHA Lets skip to the *****ulent stuff...there is nothing good...like hell!

PLEASE CANCEL MY MONTH TO MONTH UNCAPPED FOR R250 10mbps and after 100gb it goes to 2mbps subscription.!

I have had enough now...I did say that I have to have Wifi for my work of I will get fired! This has cost me so much airtime and data and all for R11! So small is MTN! STUPID SERVICE PROVIDER!
