MTN CUT MY ACCOUNT FOR UNJUST REASONS

As of the 31st July a payment to MTN was made in amount of R2,255.87 to MTN which was not returned, therefore the payment was successful to MTN. <br> However when I called in I was advised my August amount is outstanding?! As well as my September amount. <br> I confirm the September amount has not been paid yet as I am in the process of paying all my accounts in cash therefore need to ensure all correct amounts are submitted to me. <br> As proven in the above documents my payment for August has gone through. <br> Therefore kindly re calculate the New and Just amount that I will need to pay for this month. <br> Please note that I have Bcc'd my legal representatives as my Line Should not be cut or cancelled Until a new amount to pay for this month is sent is written to me or I receive a call shortly thereafter. <br> This needs to be resolved Urgently!<br> Now my account has been CUT!!! And no one has even gotten back to me. This is absolutely unacceptable as you are effecting my business
