MTN Customers suspended due to long weekend

I have been a customer of Nashua Mobile for almost 20 years and only needed to contact them every 2 years for my upgrade. Since MTN had taken over all Nashua Mobile's contracts, I have had endless problems. When upgrading, I had to register the SIM swop three times before it worked - and it took a week in total!

My debit order is supposed to go through at the end of the month. It has now happened twice that if month-end is on a weekend or long weekend, my account gets suspended. At 9.22 yesterday I got message confirming all my services for the month, including 775MB of data and by 10.00 my service had been suspended - no access to my data!

Yesterday I held on for more than half an hour twice on the general help desk, before giving up. On the Contract Customers' specific help desk number 808, you just get cut off after a few minutes. The previous time that this exact same scenario happened, I was told it was a system error.

How difficult is it to come to the conclusion that there is a problem with all previous Nashua users whose debit orders go off at the end of the month and change the system to allow an extra day or two before suspending the account?
