MTN customers are just a number. MTN doesnt Care

I did an online upgrade, Was informed the Courier would deliver my phone on the 27th January 2023 between 08h00 and 17h00 after I specifically asked that the Couriers give me a 2 hour window as I live remotelly and have to travel (45km's) to meet them at a local business. Well I waited for 9 hours in my vehicle and guess what, No courier, no phone call, no sms and no show. As always **** service, I was a loyal client for almost 2 decades, is this the way you think is correct to handle a client??????? Disgusting!!!!!!!
