MTN Customer(don't)care

I been trying to migrate to a bigger contract for over a month now, firstly was told that this is not a problem and might take a few days... Two weeks later our mtn store says we can't help you , phone 135. Now over a month later mtn customer care can't give me an answer but has now cancelled my request without any reason four times..... Absolute waist of time, ******* service... The service agent says I can't speak to her manager as she works from home. Absolutely useless... They really don't care about Thier customers.... I've been with mtn for more than 20 years.... Very disappointing
