MTN Customer Support Useless

I log several queries with MTN Customer Support to get my Statement and Tax Invoice for September 2022 without any success.

I have been told the same story every time when I follow up on this, that this query is being investigated and not what is being investigated. . No updates are provided to me unless I follow up myself.
