MTN CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS

Mtn has a rewards program that let you win points, but sometimes when you try and claim them, the service does not work and then you loose the Pionts. This has happen so often. I email the customer support and nothing has been done. It's like there's nobody doing nothing. What is the job of someone working in Customer Support. It's to support the customer query. The turnaround time "they" said is 2 days. Today is a week. I have 2 case number and the more I ask and email for feedback, the more they chose to ignore me. MTN are useless in resolving small issues.
