MTN Customer Support ***

I called MTN *** regarding a dispute for my MTN contract. The call agent was working on this and told me he will call me back today and this did not happened. I call MTN *** again to follow up on my dispute and I requested them to listen to the recordings and take a look at the update query and they cant find any information about the call today.

I ask the sales lady to transfer me to her manager and she refuses to do this. How can MTN deliver this service to refuse customers to speak to a manager. Worst service if ever experienced with MTN
