MTN Customer Services Sucks!!!!

MTN customer services sucks big time charged a migration fee of R2000 from one package to another my monthly installment is R200 yet am required to pay so much which was never spoken to me about. This is clearly a great way to **** people to pay so much money. My phone is suspended, I cannot receive calls nor SMS. My business is suffering , My credit score is affected I've logged this query since February 2021 every month I am at the MTN store submitting everything they needed and still nothing has been done
