Mtn customer services

Renewed my contract in february 2024 at the mtn store cascades centre pietermaritzburg.I took the honor device.The next day when i started using the phone i noticed it was faulty.I returned the device back to the store.Asked for another device.Its been over 2 months of follow ups and emails sent to mtn complaints and still no response from them. The most terrible service from MTN!!!
