MTN Customer Service Woes

Hi MTN Customer care Team, Why is it so difficult to speak to an "Service Champion" these days? The voice prompt system and the MTN app is truly useless unless you just want to view balances. Even better, bring back mycontract.mtn.co.za so I can self service myself.
