MTN Customer Service - what a joke!

I am long-standing client with MTN. Upgraded my Wife’s Contract to new Package. What a mistake. 2 Weeks without Data, and no response from MTN Client Services. Phoned in 3 times, enquired twice at Shop. Waited endless time on #135 to find out what’s happening. Call centre a joke ☹️
