MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS🚮

I’ve been contacting MTN and sending emails to them,too only have them forwarded to another department with no response,it’s been 3 months already,I’m listed on ITC for an account that’s not owed..it was handed over too VVM and Nimble at the same time can you imagine what a mess it is being a customer there …I’m really frustrated because I visit branch too be told call when I call I’m told write an email too that n not getting any assistance for months now

I wouldn’t recommend MTN to any because their service sucks
