Mtn customer service sucks

I am absolutely shocked at the customer service at mtn, below par is not even a fair depiction of how terrible of a service they offer. I have contacted them a number of times via mail and even sent them a direct message on twitter and here I am still waiting. How hard can it be to sort a simple query or even respond back but here we are on Hellopeter. I am so sick of Mtn not offering valuex service to the customer and this is not my first terrible experience with this network. Mtn get your stuff together!!!
