Mtn customer service sucks.

To say MTN SA service sucks is an understatement and I'd be dignifying them with an unintended recognition that there is service. I've made countless calls to mtn to fix the restrictions with calling other service providers from my anytime minutes. I have 4000 mtn to mtn minutes and 10000 anytime minutes. Why the hell then does it keep telling me to load airtime when l call numbers that are not mtn? I've escalated the matter and was promised by Dikeledi Ndlovu that l was to expect a call from her managers which are Mpilo, Zaki, Annie and they have yet get their heads out of their backsides and give me a call. Does mtn ever care about their clients? The absence of service from mtn is extremely nauseating and l will be changing service providers at the end of my contract in a couple of months time, unless this issue is resolved.
