MTN customer Service & Sales is pathetic

I had purchased a cellphone online with them and everything was approved but somehow my cellphone number for DSV is incorrect... It took me 1 hour to resolve the cellphone issue and they have not sent DSV updated instructions everytime I call them the cut the call on me and their sales team and customer service team are absolutely useless... They're unhelpful and keep cutting the call on their customers... I'm at the point of where I just want to cancel this contract and take a contract with a different cellphone provider
