MTN Customer Service pathetic

MTN is simply not responding to outstanding queries and not providing feedback. Termination fee was processed double. With the same reference number being quoted, i still have to explain my query from the start with every follow-up. This is pathetic. I am being transferred all the time or the call simply disconnects.

Customer service is pathetic.
