Mtn customer service not up to standard

<p>My mom app**** for a contract phone last week friday 21 April 2017 and she was told that she will receive feedback within 2 days. Its been a week now and no communication has been sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>We called in and still nobody can assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is it possible to receive proper customer service from mtn?</p>
