MTN customer service not good

I gave my phone in for repairs. I was told that i would take a Max of 14 days.

It has now been more than 3 weeks, and worst part is, MTN cant give me any feedback. They dont know where my phone is, is it repairable, What the costs might be, when i can expect it back, is it in transit, is it in CPT or in JHB, nothing. Even if they can just give me some feedback, but i dont get anything out of them.

Ive been without my phone now for three weeks, it is a phone i use everyday for work.

Good Day Lotterels,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues that you were faced with regarding the faulty handset. We apologize for any inconveniences caused as a result of this. We understand the frustration that you endured in your attempt to have the issue resolved.

We have tried contacting you telephonically without any luck. Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for our technical team to investigate and resolve this matter, we do require the IMEI or job card number.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Kind Regards,

Zukiswa
