MTN customer service non existent

I would actually like to be able to give a -5 star!!! Emailed in March 2021 to cancel 2 sim contracts. To date it has still not been cancelled. Store employees says that MTN does not reply or respond to emails as they don't want to loose customers. Phoning 135 to try and cancel also not helping as there the department does not answer calls. Tried phoning 3 times today but call gets cut off after more than 40 min. MTN is just pathetic, absolutely no customer service.
