MTN Customer service non-existent

MTN has absolutely no customer service. A transfer of own cellphone number to from an existing account could not be completed for nearly 2 months now. After receiveing my ID document and bank statements, the name of the new account holder is completely incorrect, and payment is still being debited from previous account holder. All the other services which should not have been transferred to the new account holder have been. I am getting responses on my queries that they are working on the issue, but nothing ever happens. Even a visit to the store where I was promised the person who did the transfer would call me, did not happen. I am disappointed and angry at this lack of service!
