mtn customer service non existant

mtn customer service non existant.I app**** on line for the 10mbps wifi 4 weeks ago.nobody called as per the online message. sending e mail did not help either.They rep**** i must send my id nr which i did bow waiting nearly 2 weeks no reply.I did the online request twice no luck no reply.no call back no answer on e mail.Pathetic.
