MTN Customer Service Is Useless

I am beyond frustrated with MTN’s service. Every time I load a voice bundle, it either expires after just 5 days (when it should last a whole month) or I can only use half of it and the rest just disappears. This issue has happened four times over the past five months, and nothing has been done to fix it.

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I receive a different reference number with the same empty promise that the issue will be sorted out, but nothing ever happens. Every time I ask to speak to a manager, I’m told they’ll put me through, but the manager is never available and never calls back despite promises. It feels like MTN does not care about resolving customer complaints. Instead, they keep passing me from one agent to another with no real solution.

The only reason I haven’t switched to another network is that everyone has my MTN number. But at this point, I’m seriously reconsidering because this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend MTN to anyone looking for reliability.
