MTN customer service is the worst

MTN customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. From the stores to the call centre. Nobody seems to know how to solve a problem. I am trying to activate an e-sim. They have deactivated my old sim now they can’t activate the E-sim. I’m now sitting with a phone that cannot phone and nobody can fix it. The call centre puts the phone down in my ear.
