MTN Customer Service is the worst !!!

Worst customer service!! I canceled my contract back in September, they apparently did not get a quest for cancelation they continued to bill me. I called again and cancelled in December and still in February was billed for that same account. I cannot get through to customer service for a refund. They are pathetic !!!
