MTN Customer Service is the worst!!

I have been requesting my monthly invoice and statement on the app, but when it is emailed to me the attachment is only 140KB with no information on it. I have escalated this to customer services twice but still did not receive the correct statement and invoice. Terrible service from MTN, I will definitely cancel my contract as soon as I can.
