MTN customer service is soo poor

I took out a laptop contract just a year before covid then covid hit and i recently did check my credit score and i saw that MTN handed me over but i dont know where they handed me over to, ive been emailing since June with no response, i went into a MTN branch they couldnt pick up anything, i bought a MTN sim card and called customer service no help still, this is very annoying as its holding me back and i really need to get the details
