MTN customer service is shocking

If anyone thought that that the MTN customer service deserves to be called champions I suggest that you think again. It's been weeks that I've been trying to resolve a billing issue and still nothing. Being given the run around from the store to the call center to the customer service department. What a joke as a customer service.
