Mtn customer service is ridiculous

I have made numerous attempts to claim my gift package that I was supposed to receive with the Hisense Infinity H50 as advertised. I am being sent in literal circles via email between Hisense, who is not responsible for giving me this package and Mtn, who constantly sends me back to Hisense because they do not want to deal with me. I have been a customer for quite a while and this ridiculous behavior from Mtn makes me feel that I have made a very poor choice by upgrading and staying with a company who couldn't be bothered to sort out a simple upgrade properly by giving me what I payed for.
