Mtn customer service is nonsense

Mtn customer service is nonsense, these people get paid to sit call day and not do their work. Every time I call I get "due to the nature this call I am going to terminate, thank you" like how can it be possible that they all can't hear me. And how will mtn provide the best network while they failing to fix theirs.
