MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT

I have been struggling for 3 months to get resolve from MTN, but nothing comes from it. You log ticket after ticket, but they don't come back to you and if you follow up, they simply provide new customer service numbers to call. They upgraded my data sim to a home sim (They never disclosed that it was a home sim), needless to say I could not use it. When they eventually after 2 months move you back to data sim. They provide inaccurate information regarding the package details (Misrepresentation). Above everything, every time you phone, you loose 1 (One) hour of your time (Waiting time to get assistance that does not happen) To say that my recent experience with MTN was unpleasant would be an understatement of the century. The customer service and lack of knowledge is shocking. Based on Customer Service, wont recommend this network to anyone.
