MTN customer service is non existant

I have been without internet for 3 weeks.

MTN SA will expect me to pay them even though they do not provide me with an internet service or even customer service for that matter.

I will be writing to the ombudsman today, maybe then will they take me seriously and attend to my query.

This is the 2nd issue I have left a reveiw for on Hello Peter, they ignored my last review and did not even have the decency to respond to the review.

I am bery dissatisfied and i will be pushing to cancel the contract I have with them and move to a different service provider. One that actually takea care of its customers, that is not just a money making scheme 😡
