MTN customer service is EXREAMY PATHETIC !!!!!!!
<p>I took my phone in to MTN East gate on the 22nd October 2016 for repairs and was assisted by L. Levhus who confirmed that process will only take 7 business working days.</p> <p>When contacting the repairs centre two weeks later and I informed that my phone was taken back to the store as the paper work and the phone details didn’t correspond. I then contacting the store and was promised that this matter will be attended to and resolved within a week, it’s now 10 days later and my phone still hasn’t reached the repairs centre.</p> <p>Today (17th November 22016) I spoke to Mr. Levhus and he claims that my phone was sent back to the repairs centre for the 3rd time as there were details which were captured incorrectly.</p> <p>I am really extremely frustrated and disappointed with service received from these employees, even the supervisor has no idea of what’s happening.</p> <p>This is really PATHETIC !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

It's almost two months and Im still waiting for someone to get back to !!!
The Sony M5 is a phone that many have been complaining about and Im told that it's my foult that this phone HEATED UP switched off all on its its own.
This is my second time bringing this phone back due to manufacturing problems but all of a sudden Im at fault.
Can somone please get this matter fixed as I can not be paying for a phone which no one knows how to fix... and is clearly a factory fault.
Im tired of all the run around and incompitence from this company.!!!!!!!!!!!
