Mtn customer service is disappointing

I’m very disappointed with Mtn. So last year I took a phone contract with them and apparently the guy that assisted me in Mtn Musgrave had my details as if I’m an Mtn employee,only now that came to my knowledge after having had to go to Mtn Pavilion where I was assisted by a guy by the name of Kaylin. This was two weeks back when I went to Pavilion till now I haven’t gotten a response with regards to the issue that Mtn did now I can’t take out a laptop contacts. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied at the level of customer service I’ve experienced since I’ve always been a loyal customer to Mtn. I’ve contacted and went to Mtn Pavilion still even till today I haven’t been assisted. I had to go to iStore to get a contract with them for a laptop and I was assisted immediately.
