MTN Customer Service is definitely not providing a service

Contacting the MTN Customer Care line is a nightmare. First you have to run the gauntlet of the adverti*****ts they scream in you ear. Then, when the phone is finally answered you either get only breathing in your ear, or, alternatively, the phone is dropped without anybody speaking. If you visit an MTN store to request assistance from them, they simply say that you have to phone the MTN number, they cannot help you at the store.

The service from MTN is very poor. I am out of options at the moment.
