MTN customer service is a failure

I called MTN to cancel my contract, then I was given the outstanding amount that I should pay. Then I went to the branch they gave me MTN ABSA Account number, then I made an immediate payment on 23/12/24. Then called the cancellation Department and sent the proof of payment. Been calling still they haven’t allocated the payment. I’m sick and tired of being given different case numbers by different people, but no one is actually assisting me. I don’t recommend MTN to any body!!!. Their Accounts department are *********** cause they fail to allocate the funds using a simple reference number whilst they have a proof of payment in their hands mxm
