Mtn customer service is ****

I took mtn month to month contract ..the router does not have wifi when i cancel the contract they told me to take touter to mtn shop. I did that,then they told me to call customer service for cancelation ...for me to cancel they drop the phones on me,they give me lots of reference numbers ..its been 3days no one is helping me.how does mtn operate their service is **** i am regretting i want to even cancel my existing contract with them.
