MTN customer service is ***********!!!

If I could give zero star I would, I took out a phone contract and I could no longer pay, my account was handed over and I got blacklisted. Eventually I paid back the money in full with nudet but there was a back and forth about handing over my account back to MTN I paid numerous amounts because I wanted the account closed. Six months down the line I phone everyday without assistance but escalations. I have my paid up letter with me but my account won’t get updated and I’m still listed. I just want to be removed from the adverse is that too much to ask?!
