MTN Customer Service in Greenstone is appalling

Earlier today, I went into MTN in Greenstone Shopping Center hoping to open a new cell phone contract. As I entered the store, I noticed that there were very few people to assist the crowd of customers waiting to be served. I stood around waiting to ask someone where to stand or who to speak to and was eventually approached by a lady who I had assumed was a customer herself but had turned out to be working there. This was hard to tell since all she did was sit and stare around as customer after customer walked in unsure of where to go (many of them walking out)As I waited in queue, the people next to me had also explained how shocked they were with the service in the store. When I was eventually seen by someone he was rude and unhelpful. I had to stand while consulting as the only seat available was being occupied by the worker mentioned above who sat right next to me doing nothing and did not even bother to offer her chair. Needless to say, I left the store without opening up a contract.
