MTN Customer Service

I went into MTN in BT Ngebs mall in Mthatha newly Mall of Mthatha. I came in here for an esim sim swip and i was told it would cost me R100 by the consultant. I asked how come as i have done the same procedure in a different branch at no cost and i was told that this MTN is a fanchise and they can charge also my experience at another MtN will differ.

To say i was puzzled is an understatement.
