MTN Customer service

MTN phoned me since I was due for an upgrade.I upgraded my wifi packages with MTN. The lady on the phone offered me 30gig day and 30gig night data bundles. So I agreed. Only to find out it's 10gig day + 20gig promotional data which I did not agree to. I tried to correct it via Customer care but it is such a struggle to get through to them especially if you are having a problem. So i emailed MTN customer care. Customer care then gave me a whatsap nr for MTN. I contacted that nr at 08:00am and now it's 12:30pm. They didn't read my messages nor rep****. This is very bad service
