MTN customer service doesnt exist

Your MTN customer service does not exist, You shouldnt even get a star on how **** your service is. Ive logged two cases and its been two weeks. No response. Your twitter account adds no value. When you ask for someone to call you they mention they cant as systems are down. Your a ISP and that shouldnt be an excuse. Maybe you should actually invest in a customer service.
