MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST
I have tried to get through to the sales department using several numbers that have been provided to me but keep going back to the same department or the call is terminated. All I want to do is get an additional SIM card on my contract but no one seems able to help. This has happened on several occasions.
