Mtn customer service disconnect!!

<p>I cancelled my wi fi contract ********** 6. confirmation received ********** 6 at15h31 reference ********** 1 that contract would be cancelled. well wi fi doesnt work .. no problem as i asked for it be cancelled. now sitting january teh contract amount is still been deducted. i sent through a query ********** 7 and am yet to get feedback. when i resend this morning the message returns with reason rejected by sender... Friggin awesome .. sat 10 min on the phone now without getting through to an agent. one more contract to go and i will NEVER deal with MTN again!!!!!!</p>
