MTN Customer Service channels are broken

This is my second review of MTN´s Customer Service channels. They don´t work. Period. I have a long string of service request numbers, to which I have received no response. Speaking to a "customer service champion" is also useless. I could write more details, but MTN have depleted me of all energy.
