MTN Customer Service

I took the home connector router and wasn't happy with it , I phoned MTN and was told to take it to MTN store. I did that and even send an email to *** and they send me a reply to respond to details they needed and I did that . I dropped off the router and got the IRMS no: IRMS***, to my surprise I receive a reminder for debit order to take place . Calling them you'll be transferred from one person to the other and then your line will be cut. I am so disappointed with the service.
