MTN -Customer service -BAD BAD BAD

I bought a Wifi Router January this year, received the item 03.01.2025 -and since then now 12 days later still struggling to have this connected -I have made dozens of phone calls, logged complaints, requested feedback and help with just no avail -So for the past 12 days I am struggling without internet and had to pay upfront for my package -I think this is the most terrible customer service .
