MTN Customer Service Absolutely Pathetic.

Absolutely **** poor service from MTN. I have been waiting more than a week to upgrade 2 accounts I have with MTN. I will now ensure that the upgrades are cancelled and that my MTN accounts are ported to Vodacom. You are not doing me any favors as I pay good money for service that is shockingly pathetic. Your call centre and IVR is atrocious and keeps dropping calls and repeating messages until one wants to vomit. Count me out. Every time I need assistance this happens. Done with you. Will take the R6000 I pay you a month to someone that wants to assist their customers. Do not bother to respond or call me. This is purely for others thinking of joining your ****ty services.
